钬激光与气压弹道碎石治疗上段输尿管结石155例比较研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的分析钬激光与气压弹道碎石治疗上段输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2010年6月泌尿外科收治的输尿管上段结石患者155例,随机分为两组,钬激光组77例,气压弹道组78例,手术后评价两组患者一次碎石成功率和统计两组的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院天数,并分析两组并发症情况。结果两组并发症发生率方面差异无统计学意义,钬激光组一次碎石成功率明显优于气压弹道组,结石排尽率两组间差异无统计学意义,钬激光组手术时间明显较气压弹道组短,术中出血明显少于气压弹道组,两组的住院天数差异无统计学意义。结论钬激光碎石术的碎石成功率明显优于气压弹道碎石术,且在手术时间和术中出血方面也均优于气压弹道碎石术,所以我们认为钬激光碎石是治疗输尿管上段结石的一种安全、高效的方法。 Objective To analyze the efficacy of holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods From January 2009 to June 2010,155 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups,77 cases in holmium laser group and 78 cases in pneumatic group.Post-operative evaluation of all patients with a broken two groups of stone and statistical success rate of surgical time,blood loss and hospital stay,and complications were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications between the two groups was not significant,The successful rate in holmium laser lithotripsy group was higher than that in pneumatic group,and the stone free rate was no significant difference between the two groups.Holmium laser operative time in holmium laser lithotripsy group was significantly longer than that in pneumatic group,and blood loss in holmium laser lithotripsy group was significantly less than that in the pneumatic group.The number of days in hospital between the two groups was not significant.Conclusion The holmium laser lithotripsy is better than pneumatic lithotripsy,and holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and efficient way to treat ureteral the upper stone.
