改良金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折的疗效观察

目的观察改良金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折的疗效。方法 27例髋部骨折患者给予金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节持续骨牵引治疗,对治疗前后疗效进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前后临床症状积分观察,所有病例随访3～6个月,优13例,良9例,中3例,差2例,总有效率为81.5%(22/27)。结论金黄膏外敷配合胫骨结节骨牵引治疗高龄老年患者髋部骨折具有起效快、疗程短、费用低等特点,治疗急性损伤早期既有确切的疗效,又具有操作简便等特点,值得临床推广。
