医院服务一直是医院管理研究中不断被挖掘和锤炼的课题,作为上海的一家三级甲等医院,如何面对如今越来越多的大型国际化的活动和突发事件,如何将医院服务能够更好地提升一个层面,以经受各种各样环境的考验和挑战,是摆在每一位医院管理者眼前重要的难题。通过此次世博会,创新医院服务的载体,转变医院服务的模式,提升医院服务的质量等一系列措施为我们积累了宝贵的经验,为今后应对各种突发事件和大型活动做好了充分的准备。

Hospital Services has been continuously excavated and tempered in Hospital Management.As a general hospital in Shanghai,how to deal with more and more large-scale international events and emergencies,how to promote hospital services a level to withstand the test and challenges of a variety of situations.This is one of the major problems in front of every hospital administrator.Through the Expo,a series of measures,such as innovation of the carrier of hospital services,changes in the pattern of hospital services,to improve the quality of hospital services,in which we accumulated valuable experience for the future to cope with various unexpected incidents and events.
