摘要
目的探测糖尿病患者细胞免疫功能的变化及其与腺苷脱氨酶的关系。方法分析检测65例1型糖尿病患者、82例2型糖尿病患者以及80例正常对照组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8)、WBC以及腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平。结果 DM1组与DM2组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。DM1和DM2组的CD3、CD4亚群均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),DM2组的WBC和ADA水平与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),DM2组ADA与CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8成正相关。结论糖尿病患者机体均存在明显的免疫功能紊乱,2型糖尿病患者血清ADA的动态观察对患者早期肾损伤诊断有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the cellular immunity function change of patients with diabetes and its relationships with adenosine deaminas.Methods FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,T lymphocyte subsets(including CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8),WBC and ADA levels were measured in 63 patients with Type 1 diabetes,82 patients with Type 2 diabetes and 30 controls.Results There were no significant differences in FPG,2hPG and HbA1c between DM1 group and DM2 group.The percentage of CD8 T cells,CD4/CD8 T cells was increased while CD3 T cells,CD4 T cells were decreased in those with DM1 and DM2.There were significant differences between all of the above changes and those in the control group(P〈0.05).levels of WBC and ADA were significantly higher in DM2 than those in controls(P〈0.05).In group DM2,ADA levels were positively correlated with CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8(P〈0.05).Conclusion There are evident cellular immunity functional disorder in diabetic patients.Continuous measurement of serum ADA level in type 2 diabetes may be helpful for early detection of diabetic nephropathy.
