摘要
医院文化是医务员工在医院发展历史中创造的一种员工群体文化。员工是医院的主体。对员工进行素质教育,采用岗前培训、岗后教育,开展学习型医院建设,积极发挥医院文化建设研究会作用。实施人才培养计划,通过育才、引才、蓄才、爱才工程建设,有利于人才成长。通过积极开展窗口服务竞赛;制定《员工手册》,规范员工行为;开展医德医风讲评和志愿者活动来创建医院服务文化。此外,多参与医院文化交流,参加社会公益活动,发挥示范作用,积极发挥我院三个上海市临床医学中心的作用,凸显医院品牌。
Hospital culture is a staff group culture created by the medical staff in the hospital's developing history.The main body of the hospital is staff.There are many ideas to educate the staff,such as using pre-job training and post-education,constructing a learning hospital,and actively playing the role of hospital culture research.Implementation of personnel training programs,by teaching talent,introducing talent,accumulating talent,loving talent helps construction and growth of talent.By active window service competition;formulating "employee handbook" to regulate employee behavior;commenting medical ethics and developing volunteer activities create a hospital service culture.In addition,participating in cultural exchanges between the hospitals,participating in social public service activities,playing an exemplary role,giving full play to our hospital three central role in clinical medicine in Shanghai,can highlight the hospital brands.
