摘要
随着电力需求的迅速增长,城市供电矛盾日益突出,碳纤维复合芯导线以其优异的技术性能在电网升级改造中得到越来越多应用。随着碳纤维复合芯导线在电力系统的推广应用,针对其性能、施工技术等的研究显得尤为重要,本文介绍了可以模拟导线张力放线施工工况的过滑轮试验系统,并给出了利用此试验系统对碳纤维复合芯导线进行的过滑轮试验研究结果,为碳纤维复合芯导线张力放线施工工艺的研究以及碳纤维复合芯导线的产品性能改进提供了试验数据基础。
With the development of power system, the problems of power transmission have not been well solved, particularly the power supply in city. So the search for the conductor that can expand more capacity than conventional ACSR conductor has great significance. Aluminum Conductor Composite Core Conductor(ACCC) is one of the most representative wires. With the application of ACCC in power system, the research is important for its performance and construction technology. Over pulley test system can simulate the construction conditions of wire tension strin- ging, and the paper gave the results of the ACCC over pulley test, and provided experimental data for the tension stringing of ACCC.
