摘要
地方小电源的接入,将系统由单端辐射型网络变成双端或多端有源系统,并网点的继电保护及自动装置的动作均受到影响。文中根据本地电网的实际运行需求和相关规程,通过对可能出现的系统故障进行分析,探讨了小电源并网对相关保护设备及自动装置的动作行为影响,针对性地提出了二次设备的配置方案,阐述了设备定值的有序配合。实践表明,整改后的方案提高了系统供电的可靠性,确保电网及小电源系统的安全稳定运行,为更多分布式电源的接入创造条件。
With small power supply system connected, the distribution system has developed from the traditional sim- ple single-source radial-network to a complicated multi-source network. The connected way to the earth of the termi- nal transformer, relay protection and automation device are affected. Based on the relevant procedures and the analy- sis of possible system failure,this paper disscused how the synchronized small power source affected the relevant pro- tection and automation device, and proposed a reasonable allocation plans for secondary equipment. Practice has proved that the plan will ensure the safety and stability of power system as well as small power supply system.
