摘要
针对架空输电线路用刚性复合绝缘子出现的一系列事故/故障,包括芯棒和配套金具损伤或断裂,经充分论证,提出按照承受拉伸载荷设计的刚性复合绝缘子及其配套金具用于承受弯曲和扭转载荷(包括V串复合绝缘子、复合相间间隔棒等)是导致上述事故/故障的关键原因。基于上述分析,自主研发了适于承受拉伸载荷但能够消除弯曲和扭转载荷的架空线路用柔性复合绝缘子,制订企业标准并通过型式试验。
According to series of faults such as damage or breakage of mandrel and auxiliary hardware fittings of overhead transmission line with rigid composite insulator, key reason for these faults was identified after full demonstration that rigid composite insulator and auxiliary hardware fittings used to bear bending load and torsion load was designed for tensile load. Based on above-mentioned analysis, one kind of flexible composite insulator for overhead transmission line to bear tensile load and eliminate bending and torsion load was developed independently. And en- terprise standard was established after type test.
