摘要
高空台排气压力调节系统的调节品质直接影响到发动机高空模拟试验的效果和可靠性。本文详细介绍了FUZZY-PID控制器的技术原理和基于PLC的控制器解决方案和设计方法。试验结果表明,将常规PID控制和模糊控制两种控制策略结合起来的排气压力控制系统实现了试验工况变化后的PID参数自动整定,具有鲁棒性好,过程动态品质较优的特点。该控制策略满足实际试验使用要求。
The paper introduces a fuzzy-PID controller of exhaust pressure control system in aero-engine altitude simulating tests.The technical theory of the fuzzy-PID controller and the design pattern of the controller based on the PLC system are discussed in the realization of the controller.The results of tests show that with the application of the fuzzy PID controller,the exhaust pressure control system,it realizes the auto adjustment of PID parameters and has good robustness and excellent dynamic performance,can meet the needs of aero-engine altitude simulating tests.
