摘要
本文介绍了一种流量计响应速度测试装置的研制,该系统可精确得到各种不同流量计响应速度曲线,在稳定、高精度气流下,通过数据采集卡得到并保存流量计在不同频率气流发生情况下的响应曲线,来比较各种不同流量计的响应速度。并且论述了系统工作原理、硬件设计和软件设计,设计出了一种高精度,高效率,适合汽车系统对响应速度优良流量计的选择,以此提高汽车工作效率。
This paper introduces a flowmeter responses speed testing apparatus.The system can get time curves of various flowmeters response precisely,in a stable,high-precision air flow.Through data acquisition card,it obtains and saves the response curves of air flow meter under the occurrence of different frequency,comparing the the flow meters?different response time.Moreover,it discusses the working principle of the system,hardware design and software design,with high precision,high efficiency.This program is suitable for automotive system to select the good response speed flowmeter to improve vehicle efficiency.
