原子吸收定量方法中稀释法定量条件的探讨

摘要 从朗伯-比尔定律出发,对原子吸收光谱法的定量方法之一——稀释法的定量公式进行了推导。采用不同浓度的标准溶液和待测溶液配制成不同浓度的稀释溶液,用稀释法测定了待测溶液的浓度,通过分析不同情况下测定结果的准确性,得出了稀释法定量公式成立的条件。 The quantitative formula of dilution process, one of the quantitative processes in atomic absorption spectrometry, was inferred proceeding from Lambert - Beer law. Diluted solutions of various numerical values of concentration were made up by using standard solutions and unknown solutions of various numerical values of concentration, and the concentration values of those unknown solutions were determined with dilution process. By way of analyzing accuracy of the results determined in different situations, the conditions that the quantitative formula of dilution process was tenable were obtained.
