New Technical Measurements of Increase Propylene Production

炼厂气丙烯是丙烯主要来源之一，面对市场对丙烯需求的较大缺口，荆门炼厂实施了以下技术措施来增产丙烯：（1）高反应温度裂解丙烯；（2）ZSM-5分子筛裂解丙烯；（3）丙烷裂解丙烯；（4）汽油回炼裂解丙烯，技术措施投用后，2009年荆门石化增产丙烯1．3万t，增产幅度为10％，取得了较好的经济效益。

Refinery - gas propylene was a source of propylene, because of shortage in the propylene supply, JIN-MEN Refinery made the following technical measurements to increase propylene production. The reaction was that cracking of propylene with ZSM - 5 zeolite in high temperature and the propane cracked propylene and gasoline refined the cracked propylene. Since the technical measurements put into production, the propylene production of JIN -MEN Refinery was increased to 13000t in 2009 with 10% yield increase, and got good economic benefits.
