工程实践能力是工科大学生必备的重要能力,在实践教学改革中,以石油石化行业为背景,全面拓展过程装备与控制技术应用领域。提出并实施了以石油石化行业为依托适应现代过程装备与控制工程专业人才培养目标的实践教学体系;建立了与实践教学体系相配套的实验室和实习基地;编写和使用了适应实践教学体系的实验指导书;针对学校师资队伍较年轻的现状,进行双师型教师队伍建设,努力提高青年教师的技术应用能力和实践能力,建立一支能胜任工程实践教学的高素质教师队伍。实践效果良好。

The engineering practice is the necessary important engineering student ability. In practical teaching reformation, with the petroleum and petrochemical industry background, we develop overall the process equipment and control technology application domain, propose and implement practical teaching system by relying on petroleum and petrochemical industry adapted to modern process equipment and control engineering talents cultivation target. Established the laboratory and practice base which mating with teaching practice system. Experimental instruction which was adaptive practical teaching system was write and used. Aiming at the school faculty younger status and strengthening ＂double - quality＂ teachers＇ construction, endeavor to improve the young teachers technology application ability and practice ability, Build a qualified for engineering practice teaching of high quality teachers, and the practice got a good effect.
