Consortia acquisition means to purchase certain resources by a group of libraries with least budgets,best prices,best services and most suitable resources.This paper introduces the consortium purchase of electronic resources home and abroad and discusses the problems of the group purchase of electronic resources in China,analyzes the specific operation of consortia acquisition,then the optimization countermeasures on consortia acquisition are put forward.
