高校图书馆员自我效能感现状的调查研究

Investigation and Study on University Librarian's Self-efficacy

通过问卷调查对湖南省部分高校图书馆员的自我效能感进行研究。研究发现,目前高校图书馆员自我效能感整体现状处于"中等偏上"水平,总体来说还需要进一步提高;自我效能感随着性别、工作年限、职称、学历、工作性质和专业背景的不同而变化,在对产生差异的原因进行分析的同时指出了从个体自我调节系统出发增强高校图书馆员自我效能感的策略。

This study tried to work out the questionnaire for the university librarian＇s self-efficacy and then analyzed the degree of self-efficacy in some Hunan university.By compared and measured,the results show that the whole self-efficacy of university librarian is middle level,and there are some differences along with different sex and working years and so on.At last on the basis of the above research,put forward some suggestions on improving librarian＇s self-efficacy from self adjusting system.
