知识管理是新时代新环境下图书馆管理的一种先进的、科学的、有效的管理理论与方法。学科馆员是近年我国高校图书馆引进的一种管理模式。探讨了学科馆员在新升本科院校图书馆知识管理中的作用与地位、学科馆员所需的素质与要求、学科馆员在知识管理中的主要职责以及学科馆员制度的建立。

Knowledge management is an advanced,scientific and effective management theory and method in the library in the new era and new environment.Subject librarian system is a way of management in university libraries in recent years.This paper discusses subject librarians＇ role and status in knowledge management,subject librarians＇ quality and requirements,subject librarians＇ duties and the establishment of subject librarian system in the newly-upgraded college libraries.
