摘要
研究了Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C系粉末烧结钢中碳和镍分布的不均匀性对下贝氏体组织形貌和分布的影响。结果表明,孔洞及晶界处出现的贫碳区促进下贝氏体组织在其附近优先形成,镍能够抑制下贝氏体针的形核和长大,碳以镍包石墨形式加入比以石墨粉形式加入获得的下贝氏体针分布更为均匀,数量更多。
Abstract In this paper the distribution inhomogeneity of carbon and nickel’s influence on formation and morphology of lower bainite structure of Fe Ni Cu Mo C system sintered steel was studied. The results show that a large amount of bainite exists in the vicinity of solid gas interfaces (such as pores), due to losing carbon out off the interfaces, and the nickel can restrain the formation and growth of lower bainite. It is also observed that when carbon is added with nickel coat graphite, the acicular lower bainite tends to be large in amount and more homogeneous in distribution than that obtained by the added way of graphite powder.
