摘要
分析了热剪刃的综合力学性能要求,并对表面堆焊高耐磨合金层的显微组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,表面堆焊层显微组织为回火马氏体+碳化物,具有较高的热强度和红硬性;热剪刃经表面堆焊修复后,使用寿命提高1倍以上。
Abstract The comprehensive mechanical properties of the heat shears were analyzed and the microstructures and properties of the surfacing high wear resisting alloy layer were studied. The results show that the microstructure of surfacing layer is made up of tempering martensite and carbonide, and its heat strength and red hardness are higher. If the heat shears are restored by surfacing, its life will be increased by one more times.
