以泛发性色素沉着为主要表现的蕈样肉芽肿1例

摘要
患者女，23岁。因躯干、四肢泛发色素沉着斑11年余．于2009年6月6日来我科就诊。患者11年前无明显原因上肢出现圆形或椭圆形、大小不一的非浸润性红斑，红斑消退后出现淡褐色斑，上覆细薄鳞屑，无自觉症状，未诊疗。
