摘要
应用多普勒超声心动图对 ４２ 例未经治疗无甲亢性心脏病的早期 Ｇｒａｖｅｓ 病患者（ Ａ 组）、２１ 例伴甲亢性心脏病的晚期 Ｇｒａｖｅｓ 病患者（ Ｂ组）以及 ４５ 例正常对照者（ Ｃ组），检测其左心室射血力（ Ｆ）；同时测定 Ｅ Ｆ， Ｆ Ｓ， Ｓ Ｖ， Ｃ Ｏ 及 Ｃ Ｉ等 Ｍ 型超声心动图左室收缩功能参数。结果显示， Ａ 组的 Ｆ及其他参数均高于 Ｃ组，而 Ｂ组各项参数均降低。多因素逐步回归分析表明，与 Ｆ相关的最重要变量是 Ｅ Ｆ，其次为 Ｃ Ｉ。本组资料提示， Ｇｒａｖｅｓ 病早期左室收缩功能增强而晚期减弱可能是此病的病理生理特征之一。 Ｆ可作为评价 Ｇｒａｖｅｓ 病患者左室收缩功能的较好参数。关键词 Ｇｒａｖｅｓ
The left ventricular ( L V ) ejection forces ( F) w ere determ ined by Dopplerechocardiography in 42 patients w ith early Graves disesae ( G D) w ithout hyperthyroid heart( group A, early hyperthyroidism ), 21 G D cases w ith hyperthyroid heart ( group B, latehyperthyroidism ) and 45 norm al controls(group C). The other L V systolic param eters,such as E F, F S, S V, C O and C Iw ere also m easured by M m ode echocardiography. The results show edthat Fand other param eters of group A w ere higher than group C,w hereas these param eters w erelow er in group B. M ultifactor stepw ise regression analysis show ed that E F w as the m ostim portant variable positively correlated w ith F,follow ed by C I. This data indicates that the earlyintensification and late decrease of L V systolic function m ight be one of the characters ofpathophysiology in G D. F is a new better param eter for evaluating L V systolic function of G Dpatients.
