摘要
利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了Q345D中厚钢板伸长率不合格的原因。结果表明:由于精炼过程中工艺控制不当、连铸保护浇铸不到位,导致钢中含有以CaO-Al2O3为基体的硅酸盐类夹杂物较多,最终造成钢板伸长率不合格。
With metallographic microscope and STM,the reason of elongation not being qualified of Q345D plate is analyzed.It is showed that it is because of unsuitable process control in refining and not complete protection in continuous casting,too much inclusion of silicate based on CaO-Al2O3 is brought about in steel.
