摘要
采用酸和碱作洗涤剂的崩解剂,利用先进的技术工艺制备软材,再制成颗粒,经烘干、整粒以及总混等工艺制成泡腾洗涤颗粒剂。入水后,其中的酸与碱物质起化学反应,产生二氧化碳气体,而致使洗涤剂泡腾颗粒崩解,使杀菌消毒剂快速释放。泡腾颗粒洗涤剂产品具有极佳的溶解性和快速良好的杀菌效果,即使在冷水中也能迅速均匀地分散溶解,使泡腾洗涤剂在许多方面发挥其洗涤和消毒杀菌的特性。此外,产品易于漂洗,对环境无污染,具有节能环保等特点。
This method used acid and alkali as disintegrating agent for detergents, The soft material was prepared through advanced technology and processed into granula. The granula tured into final product after drying and graining. After the granula was putting into water, the disintegration was made due to plenty of CO2 generated by the reaction of acidic and alkaline substances in granula, and disinfectant was released rapidly into water. This effervescent washing granules has good solubility and excellent bactericidal effect. It can be disintegrated and well dispersed even in cold water and sterilizing agent released and maintained in eifcct. It characterized by easy rinsing, non-environmental pollution and energy-saving.
