摘要
采用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定化妆品中砷的含量,通过分析不确定度因素并对其进行评价,得出试样中砷含量的总扩展不确定度U(As)=0.024μg/g,包含因子K=2。各因素不确定度的量值显示,标准工作曲线和测量重复性的不确定度对结果的贡献最大。
The arsenic content in cosmetic was determined by hydride atomic absorption method. Via analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty factors, the extend uncertainty arsenic in cosmetics was confirmed to be 0.024μg/g(the contain gene is 2). The results indicated that the uncertainty of the test depends on mostly the error of repeating measurement and calibration curve.
