2型糖尿病患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶水平与代谢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法确诊为2型糖尿病的患者257例,按照有无代谢综合征,分为MS组、非MS组。比较两组ALT水平,并分析其与MS各组分相关性。结果 MS组的ALT、BMI、血压、尿酸(UA)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著高于非MS组(P<0.05),相关性分析显示:ALT与BMI及TG呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著负相关(P<0.01),多元逐步回归分析,结果显示ALT与BMI呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病合并MS患者血清ALT水平明显增高,ALT可能为糖尿病合并MS的特征性指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and metabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Two hundred and fifty seven patients with diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into MS group and non - MS group according to with or without MS. The ALT concentration were compared in two groups. The relationship between ALT and the components of MS was studied. Results In comparison with non - MS group, ALT, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), uric acid, total cholesterol ( TC ), serum triglyceride ( TG), γ- glutamyltransferase (GGT) and low density lipoprotein Cholesterol ( LDL - C ) were signif- icantly increased in MS group (P 〈 0. 05). The correlation analysis showed that ALT concentration was positively correlated with the levels of BMI and TG ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein Cholesterol ( HDL - C). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed a positive correlation between ALT and BMI (P 〈 0.01 ), and a negative correlation between ALT and HDL - C ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion The ALT concentration is significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome. The ALT may be a feature of the type 2 diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome.
