艾滋病合并马红球菌感染的临床特征及诊治 被引量:3

摘要 马红球菌是一种人畜共患致病菌,80年代前仅偶见于儿童及长期应用免疫抑制剂的器官移植者。随着艾滋病的流行,有关该菌感染的报道日渐增多,成为艾滋病患者重要的机会性感染病原菌之一,如诊断、治疗不及时致死率超过50%。本文就艾滋病合并马红球菌感染的临床特征及诊治方法做一综述,以帮助艾滋病防治人员提高对本病的认识。
