摘要
本文合成了一个新的化合物C39H44N8O10:(NIT-1′-MeBzIm)2.(H3bta)(NIT-1′-MeBzIm=2-{2′-[(l′-甲基)苯并咪唑]}-4,4,5,5-四甲基咪唑啉-3-氧化-1-氧基自由基,H3bta=1,2,4-苯三酸),并测定了其晶体结构.该晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数:a=7.372(12),b=8.705(15),c=15.65(3),α=100.81(3)°,β=97.47(3)°,γ=101.55(2)°,V=952(3)3,Z=1,Dc=1.369 mg/m3,最终偏差因子R1=0.1047,WR2=0.2650(I>2σ(I)),F(000)=414.该化合物通过分子间氢键和π-π堆积作用形成二维网状结构.
A new compound C39 H44 N8O10 : ( NIT - 1 ' - MeBzlm) 2 · (H3bta) is synthesized and characterized structurally by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group PI with a =7.372(12) A, b=8.705(15) A, c=15.65(3) A, α=100.81(a)°,β=97.47(3)°, γ=101.55(2)°, V= 952(3) A, Z=l, Dc =1.369 mg/m3. The final R value is R1 =0. 1047, WR2 =0.2650 (I〉2σ(I) ) , F(000) = 414 o The packing of the molecules is mainly a result of hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions, resulting in a two-dimensional structure.
