摘要
做任何事,只要真投入,肯努力,下功夫,就总会有收获;反之,则不仅成不了事,甚至还会出错。制定指标考量期刊,应着眼于考察编者、作者、读者这三个群体。如果主编和编辑的"学者化"与"职业化"发生矛盾,那么不应采取"割舍"一方的办法予以解决;这对矛盾的双方不是一方吃掉另一方的关系,而是相互促进的"互动"关系,是两者的"双赢"。学术、管理、市场是学术期刊生存发展必须依靠、应对、协调的"三重合力",它们既像是"看得见的手",又像是"看不见的手"。只要有学术事业就必定会有学术期刊;当前的紧迫问题是如何使期刊适应学术发展的需要,从而适应社会发展的要求;学术期刊不能沉沦于市场化的社会,应当挺立于高处,仗义执言,追求真理,主持正义。
One will gain fruit if he works hard, otherwise he may arrive at failure instead of success. In the policy-making of journal evaluation, three groups should be taken into consideration： editor, author and reader. To be a scholar or editor, Editor-in-chief, as well as editors, can take both of the choices. The two statuses can co-exist with each other in the win-win game. Academic journal depends on, and coordinates with the combination of three forces： academy, management and market. Academic career must have its journal. The urgent problem of journal is how to follow the academic progress and adapt itself to the social development. Journal should refuse to degrade itself to mere profit-making. It stands high, pursues truth and justice.
