论转制高校校园文化重构

ON CAMPUS CULTURE RECONSTRUCTION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRANSFER UNIVERSITIES

转制高校是指原属我国中央部委管理,通过"共建、调整、合作、合并"等管理体制改革之后,转变为由"地方管理"或"中央与地方共建、以地方管理为主"体制的高校。研究转制高校校园文化重构,对于增强转制高校办学特色,提升转制高校核心竞争力,推动我国高等教育事业发展,具有十分重要的意义。

Management system transfer universities refer to the ones which were once under the management of the central ministries or committees, and management of which has been transferred to the local provincial govemment or both the local provincial and the central governments by way of co-building, adjustment, cooperation or amalgamation. Much importance has been attached to the study of the campus culture reconstruction of these universities, because the campus culture reconstruction helps to make these universities more characteristic, more competitive, hence speeding up the steps of development of our institution of higher education.
