The ＂New South Jiangsu Model＂ is a successful practical form in the process of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and vivid interpretation of the Scientific Outlook on Development applied in economic development of South Jiangsu Province.Its new surpass over ＂South Jiangsu Model＂ represents the following aspects： adhering to one goal as the development concept,namely seeking common prosperity of all people;promoting coordination between government and markets as the developing method;upholding the spirit of ＂Three Innovations＂ to take lead in development as the developing drive;accomplishing ＂four surpasses＂ to push forward scientific development as the developing path.From ＂South Jiangsu Model＂ to the ＂New South Jiangsu Model＂,the creative practice of people in South Jiangsu primarily gives answers to a series of major theoretic issues in constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics,like fairness and efficiency,mental things and material things,socialism public ownership and other ownerships,growth and development,etc.It enriches the connotation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
