贫困生资助政策实施情况调查分析——以常州大学为例

A Survey on Implementation of Financial Aid Policy to Poor College Students——Taking Changzhou University for an Example

贫困生资助政策对帮助经济困难学生顺利完成学业具有重要意义。通过对常州大学的调查发现,贫困生资助政策的实施取得了一定效果,但也存在许多问题,包括:奖学金获得比例低、评选标准不明确、名额的确定方式不合理的问题,国家助学贷款获得难的问题,勤工俭学岗位缺乏、岗位层次低的问题等。应从完善奖学金管理制度、理顺助学贷款机制、开发多样性的勤工俭学岗位等方面解决这些问题。

It is of great significance to help students finish their studies in accordance with financial aid policy to poor college students.The survey on students in Changzhou University indicated that the implementation of financial aid policy had achieved some results,but there still exist some problems,such as low proportion of scholarship,unclear selecting criteria and unreasonable method for determining quotas of scholarship,enormous difficulties in getting state-subsidized student loans,lack of part-time job positions and low-level position part-time jobs,etc.Some measures should be taken to solve these problems,like perfecting scholarship management system,straightening out loan mechanism for college students and developing diverse part-time job positions,etc.
