牡丹花前叶片生理特性的探究

摘要 以牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)为试材,研究牡丹花前不同时期叶片部分生理特性的变化.结果表明,幼叶期与成叶期相比,成叶期叶片完全展开,叶片含水量下降,叶绿素a、类萝卜素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质质量分数明显高于幼叶期,光合机构逐渐完善,光合能力迅速提高,从而积累大量物质,且抗氧化的能力也提高;而叶绿素b质量分数却是幼叶期高于成熟叶期,这与幼叶期叶片所具有的耐荫性是相关的. With peony as the test material,studied the partial physiological characteristics changes of leaves before florescence.The results showed that the leaves expanded fully,the water content descended,the contents of Chla,carotenoids,soluble sugars and soluble proteins at mature leaf stage were obviously higher than them at young leaf stage,the photosynthetic apparatus improved gradually,the photosynthetic capacity increased rapidly,so the great deal of substances were accumulated.And the ability of antioxidation were improved too,but the contents of Chlb at young leaf stage were higher than that at mature leaf stage,that was relative to the shade tolerance of leaves at young leaf stage.
