蛋白激酶C-θ在颊黏膜鳞癌组织中表达的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究颊黏膜鳞癌组织中促凋亡因子蛋白激酶C-θ(PKC-θ)的表达及临床意义。方法应用SABC免疫组化法检测PKC-θ蛋白在36例颊黏膜鳞癌组织中的表达,以13例正常颊黏膜上皮组织作为对照。颊黏膜鳞癌标本经10%甲醛固定,石蜡包埋,按高、中、低分化进行病理学分级。结果 36例颊黏膜鳞癌组织中PKC-θ阳性率仅为30.6%,13例对照组颊黏膜上皮细胞中PKC-θ阳性率100%。正常颊黏膜组织中上皮细胞与颊黏膜鳞癌组织PKC-θ阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);颊黏膜鳞癌中PKC-θ表达与病理分级无关(P>0.05)。结论颊黏膜鳞癌组织中PKC-θ存在缺失或低表达。 Objective To study the expression of protein kinase C-theta (PKC-theta),a proapoptotic tumor suppressor,in human buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Observed samples originated from tissues of operation resection in 36 patients with buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma and normal tissues of buccal mucosa in 13 subjects.The samples were fixed by 10% formaldehyde and embedded by paraffin.The pathological grading of buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma was defined as well-,medial-,and poor-differentiation.The expressions of PKC-theta were determined by SABC immunohistochemistry method.Results The positive expression rate of PKC-theta in the epithelium of buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma was markedly lower than that in the epithelium of normal buccal mucosa (30.6% vs 100%,P0.01).There was no correlation between expressions of PKC-theta and histopathological grade in buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma (P0.05).Conclusions PKC-theta is lost or poor expression in human buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma.
