国产吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔的效果

The efficacy of domestic anastomatic device in procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids operation

目的评价国产吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术治疗痔的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用国产痔环状切除吻合器(国产组)和进口吻合器(进口组)治疗128例痔患者的临床资料,比较其手术时间和术后并发症的发生率。结果国产组与进口组平均手术时间分别为(23.6±6.5)min和(26.0±7.1)min,术后尿潴留发生率为分别46.6%和55.6%,肛门疼痛发生率分别为67.9%和63.9%,大便带血发生率分别为23.2%和15.3%,痔脱出复发率分别为3.6%和4.2%。两组手术时间和术后并发症的发生率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论国产吻合器用于痔上黏膜环切术效果肯定,与进口吻合器相似;因价格相对低廉,值得在基层医院推广使用。。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of domestic anastomatic device in procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） operation. Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 128 cases of hemorrhoids administered with domestic anastomatic device or imported device in PPH through comparing their operation time and the rate of postoperative complications. Results The mean operation time of both domestic group and imported group were respectively （23.6 ± 6.5 ）min and（26.0 ±7. 1 ）min. The rates of postoperative complications, such as urinary retention, anus pain, anal bleeding and recurrence of hemorrhoids prolapse were respectively 44.6% vs 55.6% ,67.9% vs 63.9% ,23.2% vs 15.3% and 3.6% vs 4.9% in domestic group and imported group. There was no significant difference in mean operation time and rate of postoperative complications between two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion These results demonstrate that the therapeutic effect of domestic stapler in PPH is reliable and it has the same efficacy with the imported one; it can be widely used in small hospitals.
