低场强磁共振在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究低场强MRI在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法采用GE0.35T永磁型MRI扫描仪,自制简易辅助装置配合腹部表面线圈,对12例乳腺疾病患者进行检查,主要序列为AxT2FSE、AxT1SE、AxSTIR,对肿瘤性病变采用3D+C增强扫描序列。结果 12例中低场强MRI诊断为良性病变7例,其中纤维腺瘤3例、瘤样增生2例、脓肿2例;恶性病变5例,经病理诊断,4例为乳腺癌,1例为良性增生。结论低场强MRI可以进行乳腺疾病检查,并取得较满意的诊断效果。
