摘要
海外市场需求对企业自主创新能力具有重大的影响。文章基于施穆克勒的需求拉动模型,提出了海外市场需求对企业自主创新的两条路径,并通过总结海尔、华为的案例,认为我国企业更适合通过路径2进行自主创新,即针对海外市场需求,对原有产品进行功能的改进,满足当地的消费者个性化需求,此路径有利于企业进行渐进性的创新,可为其他类似企业提供一些参考。
Overseas market demand has a significant impact on enterprises' independent innovation capabilities. Based on Schmooker' s theory, that is "demand brings about technological innovation", the paper puts forward two innovation paths. The paper also analyzes two typical cases on Haler Group and Huawei. It has been found that path two is better for enterpri- ses. For the overseas market requirement, manufacturers can improve their products to satisfy the personalized needs of customers, and this path will promote enterprises progressive innovation, Finally, the paper summarizes the experiences for other similar companies to refer to.
