摘要
政府绩效管理通过一系列合理化的实施环节有效的应用于政府日常行政管理中,是一种科学的管理工具与系统化的流程作业模式。随着政府部门外部环境压力不断增加以及内部管理科学化的迫切需求,战略性绩效管理实施与应用必将成为公共部门转变工作方式、提供政府行政效率以及增强服务意识的重要方式和关键路径。
Government performance management has effectively been used in government daily administration through a series of reasonable implementation, and these scientific management tools and systematic process operation modes play an important role. With the increasing of the external pressure on the government departments and inside needs for scientific management, strategic performance management will be the important way to change the public sector＇s way of working, to improve the administrative efficiency and to enhance the service consciousness.
