摘要
高分子聚合物以质量轻、耐腐蚀、强度高、易加工等优良的综合性能逐步"以塑代钢"理念应用于煤炭工业。本文以塑料为例结合煤炭生产特殊需求,介绍了矿用塑料的使用要求、应用范围、矿用塑料抗静电性和阻燃性的评价方法以及塑料的改性技术等内容,并阐述了塑料在煤炭生产中的发展趋势及应用前景。
High polymer is gradually applied to coal industry by the concept of using plastic instead of steel, because it has the characteristics of excellent and light quality overall performance, high corrosion resistance, high strength and easy pro- cessing. In view of the special needs of coal production, this article takes plastic as an example to introduce mining plastic operational requirement, application spectrum, antistatic behaviour, evaluation method of flame retardant properties and plasties modification technology. In addition, this article elaborates development trend and application prospects of plastic using in coal industry.
