摘要
目的观察丙泊酚对异氟烷镇痛、催眠效应的影响。方法试验小鼠120只(雌雄比2:1)随机分为热板法试验组(n=40,雌性)、甩尾法试验组(n=40,雌雄各半)和催眠试验法组(n=40,雌雄各半),各组再按分层随机设计分为NS组(生理盐水组)、Pp组(丙泊酚组)、Iso组(异氟烷组)和Pp+Iso组(丙泊酚与异氟烷合用组)。镇痛试验分别以热板法痛阈(HPPT)、甩尾潜伏期(TFL)为指标,催眠试验以小鼠睡眠潜伏期、睡眠时间和入睡率为指标。结果与NS组、Pp组和Iso组相比,Pp+Iso组HPPT在给药后5、10和15 min延长(P<0.01或P<0.05),TFL在给药后5、10、15、20、25和30 min延长(P<0.01或P<0.05),睡眠潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01),睡眠时间显著延长(P<0.01),入睡率显著升高(P<0.01)。结论丙泊酚可增强异氟烷的镇痛和催眠作用。
Objective To observe the influence of propofol against the analgesic and hypnotic effects of isoflurane. Methods One hundred and twenty mice were randomly divided into 3 groups as hot-plate method (n=40, female), tail flick method (n=40, female and male) and hypnosis method (n=40, female and male). Each group was randomly divided into NS group(sodium chloride), Pp group(propofol), Iso group(isoflurane) and Pp+Iso group(propofol+isoflurane). Pain threshold in hot-plate test (HPPT) and tail flick latent period(TFL) were evaluated as analgesic effect. Sleeping latent period, sleeping time and falling asleep rate were evaluated as hypnotic effect. Results Compared with NS group, Pp group and lso group, HPPT at 5, 10 and 15 rnin and TFL at 5,10,15, 20, 25 and 30 rain in Pp+Iso group extended (P〈0.01 orP 0.05), as well as sleeping latent period shortened obviously (P〈 0.01), sleeping time prolonged (P〈 0.01) distinctly and falling asleep rate increased (P〈 0.01) significantly. Conclusion Propofol can enhance the analgesic and hypnotic effects of isoflurane.
