Glucocorticoids and femoral head osteonecrosis in systemic lupus erythematosus patients

系统性红斑狼疮患者,尤其是接受糖皮质激素治疗者股骨头坏死的发生率较高,其相关机制尚未完全阐明。本文综述遗传因素、糖皮质激素的使用以及系统性红斑狼疮疾病本身等多种因素对股骨头坏死发生发展的影响。

The incidence of femoral head osteonecrosis in systemic lupus erythematosus patients, especially in those who accept glucocorticoids is high. However, its pathologic mechanism is still unclear. This review summarizes the factors related to femoral head osteonecrosis including heredity factors, ingestion of glucocorticoids and systemic lupus erythematosus itself.
