隐喻与政治密切关联,戏剧隐喻则是政治语篇中最为常见的隐喻模式。借助概念隐喻理论和框架理论,文章对英语政治语篇中的戏剧隐喻进行了系统地描写。在"政治—戏剧"这一隐喻模式中,戏剧作为隐喻的来源域利用自己的框架和槽关系实现对政治这一目标域的框架化。戏剧隐喻的描写方法和框架可以适用于隐喻的跨文化对比之中。

Metaphor and politics are closely interrelated and theater metaphor is one of the most common patterns in political discourse.Based on the theories of Conceptual Metaphor and Frame,this article focuses on the systematical description of theater metaphors in English political discourse.In the metaphor pattern of ＂politics and theater＂,theater,as the source domain of metaphor,takes advantage of its frame and slots and brings about the framelization of politics,the target domain.What＇s more,the methods of description and frame of theater metaphors are applicable in the cross-cultural analysis of metaphors.
