Problems and the Countermeasures of the Urbanization in Heilongjiang Province

城市化是一个综合概念,涉及经济、政治、文化与心理等诸多因素。黑龙江省城市化的进程中,在三大产业结构、资源型城市及城市居民素质等方面存在着许多问题。所以调整产业结构、推动资源型城市的可持续发展、提高城市居民的现代化素质是解决以上问题的主要对策。

Urbanization is a comprehensive concept,which involves many factors,such as economy,politics,culture and human mental state etc.There are many problems with the three major industrial structures,the resource-rich cities and the cultural quality of the citizens etc in the urbanization of Heilongjiang province.Therefore,reshaping the industrial structure,promoting sustainable development of the resource-rich cities and improving the cultural quality of the citizens are the main countermeasures to the above problems.
