摘要
目的:分析应用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法:43例患者均采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗。结果:术后髋关节功能恢复优良率为100%。结论:股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折固定可靠,并发症少。
Objective： To analyze the curative effect of old age intertrochanteric fracture with locking pressurized nickelclad on proximate femur.Methods： 43 cases were all treated with the locking proximal femur plates.Results： The rate of functional recovery is 100%.Conclusion： The application of the locking proximal femur plate to the elderly patients suffering intertrochanteric hip fractures has good curative effect and causes few intercurrent diseases.
