增免强力颗粒薄层色谱鉴别方法分析

Studies on the Methods to Identify the Zengmian Qiangli Granules by TLC

目的:为控制增免强力颗粒质量,采用薄层色谱法对增免强力颗粒处方中的组成药味进行定性鉴别。方法:选择能有效排除干扰、富集待测成分的提取方法,选用合适的固定相,减少展开剂的组成、配比、展开环境等影响因素,确定最优色谱条件、显色剂或紫外光灯检视。结果:供试品在与对照品或对照药材色谱相应的位置处显相同颜色的斑点,且阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建方法专属性强、简便、准确,可用于增免强力颗粒的定性鉴别以控制制剂质量。

Objective： To identify traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in Zengmian Qiangli Granules in order to provide one guideline for product quality control.Methods： To select the extractive method which can remove co-intervention,enrich composition;Select the suitable fixed phase,grade-up composition,proportion and environment of developing agent were tested for optimization of the chromatographic conditions.appropriate colouration or examine conditions.Results： The spots of test solution were in the same position as those of the reference solution,without the interference of other chemical components originated from the coexisting herbs.Conclusion： The developed methods were proved to be appropriate,simple and accurate,and can be used for the identification.
