增免强力颗粒薄层色谱鉴别方法分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为控制增免强力颗粒质量,采用薄层色谱法对增免强力颗粒处方中的组成药味进行定性鉴别。方法:选择能有效排除干扰、富集待测成分的提取方法,选用合适的固定相,减少展开剂的组成、配比、展开环境等影响因素,确定最优色谱条件、显色剂或紫外光灯检视。结果:供试品在与对照品或对照药材色谱相应的位置处显相同颜色的斑点,且阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建方法专属性强、简便、准确,可用于增免强力颗粒的定性鉴别以控制制剂质量。 Objective: To identify traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in Zengmian Qiangli Granules in order to provide one guideline for product quality control.Methods: To select the extractive method which can remove co-intervention,enrich composition;Select the suitable fixed phase,grade-up composition,proportion and environment of developing agent were tested for optimization of the chromatographic conditions.appropriate colouration or examine conditions.Results: The spots of test solution were in the same position as those of the reference solution,without the interference of other chemical components originated from the coexisting herbs.Conclusion: The developed methods were proved to be appropriate,simple and accurate,and can be used for the identification.
