轻身减肥片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法测定

Determining the Content of Icariin in Dexfenfluramine Hudrochlorid by HPLC

目的:建立轻身减肥片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(28∶72)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在5.48-87.68 mg/L的进样浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.44%(RSD=0.68%,n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于轻身减肥片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a metered method of determining the content of icariin in Dexfenfluramine Hudrochlorid.Methods： Use HPLC,store ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,in acetonitrile-water（28∶72） as mobile phase,velocity 1.0 ml/min,270 nm detected wavelength.Results： Icariin in 5.48-87.68 apms g,ml-1 of the incoming sample concentration range with peak area is good linear relationship（r = was 0.9999）,and the average recovery was 98.44%（RSD = 0.68%,n=6）.Conclusion： This method is easy,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Dexfenfluramine Hudrochlorid.
