基于层次分析法的冲裁件质量影响因素研究

Research on Quality Effect Factors of Stamping Parts Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process

分析冲裁件质量影响因素对于查找冲裁件件质量问题的原因、冲压模具设计、冲压生产正常进行、冲压设备维护和员工人力安排有着重要意义。文中讨论了冲裁件的各种质量问题及影响因素,对影响冲裁件质量问题的因素进行了归纳、分类,建立了冲裁件质量影响因素层次指标体系,对专家进行调查,求出了各影响因素的权重,得出了冲压工艺、凸凹模制造精度、冲床精度和材料硬度对冲裁件质量有着较大影响。

It is very important of finding the reason of stamping parts quality problems and mold design to analysis quality effect factors. In the article, stamping die quality problems and effect factors were discussed, the hierarchical evaluation system was established. The results show that stamping process, manufacturing precision and punch influenced the stamping parts deeply.
