摘要
通过对车间的微气候环境现状进行调研和分析,找出了该车间微气候环境较差的原因。根据车间实际情况,分别从生产工艺、保健、生产组织等方面提出了相应的改善措施,从而为作业人员创造了一个温度适中、湿度适宜、通风良好的作业环境,进而提高了工作效率和质量。
Micro-climate conditions are investigated and analyzed in manufacture workshop. And some reasons of micro-climate conditions worse are found out. According to the practice conditions of workshop, improvement measures are put forward from produce-craft, health protection, production organization etc. Thus one comfortable temperature, humidity, and well ventilated environment are created for the workman. Then, work efficiency and quality are raised.
