摘要 低碳经济的发展必然依赖于低碳技术创新,但是低碳技术创新可能会面临创新风险,技术创新路径依赖,以及现有的正式和非正式制度对现存技术的支持等问题,使得低碳技术创新陷入困境。通过分析低碳技术创新所面临的一些问题,提出相应的对策和建议。 The development of Low-carbon economy must rely on low-carbon technology innovation, but the innowation may face the risk of low-carbon technology innovation, technological innovation path dependence, and existing social network support on existing technology, Thses reasons make low-carbon technology innovation into trouble. This article analyzes the plight of low-carbon technology innovation, and points out some corresponding countermeasures.
