摘要
知识员工是企业生存和发展的基础,而其流失对企业产生诸多不利影响。通过分析知识员工流失对企业造成的影响,找出知识员工流失的原因,提出降低企业知识员工流失的方法和措施,为企业减少知识员工的流失,为降低企业成本提供指导。
Knowledge workers are the foundation of survival and wdevelopment in enterprises, and employee turnover is producing a great adverse effect to enterprises. By analyzing the influence knowledge workers turnover produced, finding out the reasons of knowledge workers turnover, this paper proposed the ways and measures to lower knowledge workers turnover. It provides guidance to lower employees turnover and reduce the cost of enterprises.
