摘要
创业是创新并使之商业化的过程。大学生创业指大学生利用自己所学到的知识、才能和技术,以自筹资金、技术入股、寻求合作等方式创立新的就业岗位,从而实现创业带动就业。文章通过对在校大学生创业动机的抽样调查,分析影响大学生创业动机的诸多因素,并从经济动机和社会动机两个维度提出了大学生创业动机的概念模型。
Entrepreneurship is the process of innovation and commercialize. Entrepreneurship of College Students is refer to use their knowledge, talent and technology, and to self-financing, technology investment, seek cooperation and other means to create new jobs, so as to realize their business to improve employment. Through the sample survey of College students＇ entrepreneurial motivation, the paper analyz- es on the students motivation factors, and from economic motives and social motivation, the paper proposed the conceptual model of entrepreneurial motivation.
