国内外口碑研究进展及口碑营销策略 被引量:2

摘要 口碑传播方式是一个十分有效的传播方式,本文对国内外有关口碑的研究现状进行综述,并对企业如何实施口碑营销策略以及实施营销策略过程中应注意的几个关系进行分析。
